Personal is for individual use. Business adds company context, policies, and advanced features.
Personal, solo work, or a one-person business without company-managed features.
Company-backed account with shared context, policies, and optional approval rules.
Business onboarding requires a company already registered in the system.
These are the ways the user will contact the agent. They are separate from the user's own accounts and connectors.
Use only the account name. The company domain is fixed by the verified business.
Use this to configure voice interactions such as TTS and voice notes. It can differ from the portal language.
You can change this later by asking your agent directly.
Choose which accounts the agent can access. After creating the instance, you'll connect each account via OAuth on the next page.
